The main structure:
The upper box: including a liftable cover (or fastening cover) and outlet.
In the box: including porous plates, access doors, pps filter bags, keel, venturi and so on.
Under the box: including pressure fittings and so on.
The working principle of the dust collector is as follows: Dust-laden gas enters the filter room by the ash hopper (or the lower open flange), the coarser particles directly fall into the ash hopper or ash bin, the dust-containing gas is filtered by the filter bag, and the dust is retained in the bag. Table, net gas through the bag mouth to the net room, discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag increases, causing the resistance of the device to rise to the set value, the time relay (or differential pressure controller) outputs the signal and the program controller starts to work, and the pulse valve is opened one by one, so that the compressed air passes through the nozzle to the filter bag. Blowing and cleaning are performed to make the filter bag expand suddenly. Under the action of the reverse air flow, the dust attached to the bag surface quickly falls out of the filter bag and falls into the ash hopper (or ash bin). The dust is discharged from the unloading valve. After all filter bags were blown and cleaned, the dust remover returned to normal operation.
