Cyclone Mixing Spray Tower
The working principle of the cyclone tower is based on centrifugal separation and gas-liquid contact reaction. When dust-laden exhaust gas enters the tower, a strong rotating airflow (cyclone) is formed through tangential air intake. Under the action of centrifugal force, large particulate pollutants are thrown against the tower wall and fall into the dust collection hopper. At the same time, the spray system atomizes and sprays washing liquid, which comes into full contact with the exhaust gas, removing fine particulate matter and gaseous pollutants through physical collision and chemical reaction.
