HEBEI OUTAI ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION EQUIPMENT CO., LTD.
Understanding how Senotay is organised helps you know exactly who is responsible for what — and who to contact at every stage of your project. Our structure is designed to ensure that no enquiry falls through the cracks and no customer is ever passed from person to person without resolution.
ORGANISATIONAL OVERVIEW
Senotay operates as a fully integrated manufacturer and service provider. Unlike purely commercial trading companies that resell third-party equipment, our organisational structure reflects our end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle — from initial R&D and custom engineering design, through in-house manufacturing and rigorous quality control, to on-site installation, commissioning, and long-term after-sales support.
Our General Management team provides unified strategic leadership across six specialised departments. Each department is staffed by professionals with deep domain expertise, and all departments are structured to collaborate closely — particularly at the critical handoff points where an enquiry becomes an order, an order becomes a production job, and a finished product becomes an installed, operational system at a customer's facility.
The result is a single, accountable organisation that a customer can rely on from first contact to final sign-off — and beyond.
SIX CORE DEPARTMENTS
R&D Center | Manufacturing & Production | Quality Control |
Sales & Marketing | Engineering & Support | Supply Chain & Logistics |
DEPARTMENT BREAKDOWN
The following table describes each department in detail — what it does, who leads it, and what it produces for the business and for our customers.
Department | Core Role | Key Responsibilities & Output |
General Management | Strategic Leadership & Coordination | Sets the overall direction and priorities of the business. Ensures all departments operate in alignment with company values, customer commitments, and quality standards. Approves major capital investments, key partnerships, and significant technical decisions. Maintains ultimate accountability for product quality and customer satisfaction. Key output: Company strategy, cross-departmental coordination, leadership decisions |
Research & Development (R&D) Center | Innovation & Custom Engineering | Drives continuous improvement of existing product lines and development of new solutions. Conducts technical feasibility studies for non-standard customer requirements. Researches advances in filtration media, dust collection efficiency, and energy-saving design. Works closely with Manufacturing to ensure new designs are producible to the required tolerances and cost targets. Key output: New product designs, custom engineering specifications, technical documentation |
Manufacturing & Production Department | Fabrication, Assembly & Production Management | Operates all production workshops — steel fabrication, welding, surface treatment, filter media production, electro-mechanical assembly, and final build. Plans and schedules production to meet delivery commitments. Manages raw material consumption, tooling, and workshop staffing. Implements continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve throughput, and maintain quality. Key output: Completed equipment and accessories, on-time production delivery, production records |
Quality Control (QC) & Inspection Department | Quality Assurance Across the Full Production Cycle | Enforces the quality management system at every stage of production — from incoming raw material inspection through in-process checks to final pre-shipment testing. Maintains all quality documentation and certificates. Investigates and resolves any non-conformances. Manages calibration of all test and measurement equipment. Liaises with customers on technical quality queries and audit requests. Key output: Inspection reports, certificates of conformance, non-conformance records, quality audits |
Global Sales & Marketing Department | Customer Acquisition, Relationship Management & Trade | Manages relationships with domestic and international customers and distributors. Handles enquiry response, technical pre-sales consultation, quotation, and order negotiation. Develops marketing materials, manages the company's online presence, and represents Senotay at industry exhibitions and trade events. Supports customers in project scoping and selecting the most appropriate equipment configuration for their application. Key output: Sales orders, customer relationships, marketing content, trade partnerships |
Engineering & After-Sales Support Department | Installation, Commissioning & Lifetime Technical Support | Provides on-site engineering services for installation and commissioning of equipment at customer facilities. Delivers operator and maintenance training. Manages after-sales technical queries, warranty claims, and maintenance contracts. Coordinates scheduled servicing visits and emergency support responses. Works with R&D when field issues reveal opportunities for product improvement. Key output: Installation reports, commissioning sign-offs, technical support tickets, maintenance schedules |
Supply Chain & Logistics Department | Procurement, Inventory Management & Delivery | Sources and qualifies suppliers of raw materials, components, and consumables. Manages supplier relationships and negotiates terms that balance quality, cost, and reliability. Oversees inventory levels to ensure production is never interrupted by material shortages. Manages export documentation, freight booking, customs compliance, and delivery coordination for domestic and international orders. Key output: Procurement contracts, inventory reports, shipping documentation, delivery confirmations |
CROSS-DEPARTMENT COLLABORATION
A company structure is only as good as the collaboration between its parts. At Senotay, our departments are not isolated silos. They are designed to work in sequence and in parallel, with clear handoffs and shared accountability for the outcome that matters most: a customer who receives exactly what they ordered, on time, to specification, with full support.
Our R&D Centre does not design in isolation. Every new product design or custom engineering specification is reviewed jointly with the Manufacturing team before it is finalised. This ensures that what is technically optimal is also practically producible — without compromising on tolerances, materials, or lead times.
Quality Control inspectors are present on the production floor — not just at the end of the line. In-process checks at each workshop stage mean that defects are caught and corrected immediately, rather than discovered at final inspection when rework is costly and time-consuming. This integration between Manufacturing and QC is what allows us to issue certificates of conformance with confidence.
When a customer's enquiry involves non-standard requirements — an unusual dust type, a constrained installation space, an exceptionally high operating temperature — our Sales team works directly with R&D engineers to develop a technically sound, commercially viable solution. Customers dealing with Senotay's sales team have the full weight of our engineering capability behind the conversation.
Our Engineering and After-Sales Support team are in the field — on customer sites, observing equipment in real operating conditions. When they identify a recurring issue or an opportunity to improve performance, that intelligence flows directly back to the R&D Centre. This feedback loop is one of the most valuable mechanisms we have for continuous product improvement.
Our Supply Chain team works to proactive production schedules, not reactive purchase orders. Materials are planned and procured in advance of production start dates, with buffer stock maintained for high-usage items. This coordination between Supply Chain and Manufacturing is what allows us to quote realistic lead times and then actually meet them.
FROM ENQUIRY TO ONGOING SUPPORT
The following table maps the full customer journey — from initial enquiry to long-term operational support — showing which department leads each stage and what happens at every step.
Step | Stage | Lead Department | What Happens |
1 | Enquiry Received | Global Sales & Marketing | Acknowledges enquiry, gathers project details, confirms application requirements and site conditions |
2 | Technical Pre-Sales | R&D Center + Sales | Reviews specifications, assesses feasibility, recommends the most suitable equipment configuration |
3 | Quotation & Order | Sales & Marketing | Issues detailed technical and commercial proposal; negotiates and confirms order |
4 | Production Planning | Manufacturing + Supply Chain | Schedules production slot; procures materials; issues works order to workshop |
5 | Fabrication & Assembly | Manufacturing & Production | Steel cutting, welding, surface treatment, assembly, and electro-mechanical integration |
6 | Quality Inspection | QC & Inspection | In-process checks and final pre-shipment testing; issues certificate of conformance |
7 | Packaging & Despatch | Supply Chain & Logistics | Export packaging, freight documentation, customs clearance, and delivery coordination |
8 | Installation & Commissioning | Engineering & After-Sales | On-site installation, system calibration, operator training, and commissioning sign-off |
9 | Ongoing Support | Engineering & After-Sales | Warranty management, scheduled maintenance, technical helpdesk, and spare parts supply |
WHY OUR STRUCTURE MATTERS TO YOU
A well-organised business is a reliable business. When you work with Senotay, our structure delivers several direct benefits to you as a customer:
• A single point of contact in our Sales team who can draw on the expertise of every other department on your behalf — you never need to know who internally handles what.
• Technical pre-sales support from engineers who actually design and build the equipment, not from salespeople reading specification sheets.
• Production managed by a team with full visibility of your order from works order to despatch — so delivery commitments are made and kept with full accountability.
• Quality documentation that is traceable, complete, and available on request — because our QC department is structured to maintain records, not just tick boxes.
• After-sales support from engineers who know our equipment intimately and can resolve issues efficiently without escalating through layers of a support hierarchy.
• Continuous product improvement driven by real-world field experience — so the equipment you buy from us in three years will be better than what you could buy today.
"Our organisational structure exists for one reason: to make it as easy as possible for customers to get exactly what they need, when they need it, with complete confidence in the outcome."
