SJ Humidifying Mixer Work process

The working mechanism of its involves four precision engineered stages:

  1. Material Infeed: In the material feeding process those dry dust or ash is fed through a volumetric screw conveyor into the sealed mixer chamber.

  2. Dual-Shaft Mixing: Here inside the mixing process is two counter-rotating shafts equipped with staggered paddles generate strong shear forces which      intensively agitating dry materials.

  3. Water Injection: For water injection the stainless-steel atomization system sprays micro-droplets (0.1–0.3 mm) uniformly for controlled humidity between 3–8%.

  4. Discharge: The conditioned material is discharged through a sealed outlet for safe handling or landfill deposition.
