Detailed Knowledge of Pulse Bag Filter

Ⅰ. Working principle of pulse bag filter


The pulse bag filter is composed of ash hopper, upper box, middle box, lower box and other parts. The upper, middle and lower boxes are divided into chambers. When working, the dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet, and the coarse dust particles directly fall into the bottom of the ash hopper. The fine dust particles enter the middle and lower boxes with the turning of the airflow. The dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag. The gas enters the upper box body to the clean gas collection pipe-exhaust duct, and is discharged to the air through the exhaust fan.


The cleaning process is to first cut off the clean air outlet air channel of the room, so that the cloth bag of the room is in a state without air flow. Then open the pulse valve and use compressed air for pulse blowing and cleaning. Then open the pulse valve and use compressed air for pulse blowing and cleaning. The closing time of the shut-off valve is sufficient to ensure that the dust peeled off from the filter bag settles into the ash hopper after blowing. This prevents the dust from being collected on the surface of the adjacent filter bag with the air flow after leaving the surface of the filter bag, so that the filter bag is completely cleaned, and the exhaust valve, pulse valve, and dust unloading valve are controlled by the programmable controller so that full-automation control can be realized.


Ⅱ. Features of pulse bag filter


1. The pulse bag filter adopts the split-room stop-air pulse jet ash cleaning technology, which overcomes the shortcomings of the conventional pulse dust collector and the split-chamber back-blowing dust collector. It has strong dust removal ability, high dust removal efficiency, low emission concentration, small air leakage rate, and energy saving. Less consumption, less steel consumption, less floor space, stable and reliable operation, and good economic benefits. 


2. Due to the use of divided-chamber air-stop pulse ash cleaning, one blowing can achieve the purpose of complete ash cleaning, so the ash cleaning cycle is extended, the ash cleaning energy consumption is reduced, and the compressed air consumption can be greatly reduced.


3. The maintenance and replacement of bags can be carried out in separate rooms under the condition of non-stop system fan and normal system operation. The filter bag mouth adopts elastic expansion ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm and reliable. The filter bag keel adopts a polygonal shape, which reduces the friction between the bag and the keel, extends the life of the bag, and is easy to unload the bag.


4. The upper bag extraction method is adopted. After the skeleton is drawn out when changing the bag, the dirty bag is put into the ash hopper at the lower part of the box and taken out from the inlet hole, which improves the operating conditions of bag changing.  


5. The box body adopts airtight design with good sealing performance. The inspection door uses excellent sealing materials. During the production process, kerosene is used to detect leakage, and the air leakage rate is very low.


6. The inlet and outlet air ducts are arranged compactly and the airflow resistance is small.
