Handling, Strapping and Installation of Filter Bags of Cloth Dust Collector Bags

During the handling of the filter bag, it is necessary to prevent the filter bag from contacting the surrounding hard objects and sharp objects. It is strictly forbidden to step on, press, and fold the cloth bag to prevent the filter bag from appearing holes and cracks that affect the dust removal effect. The binding of the filter bag should meet the technical requirements, and the cloth bag should be tightly tied properly. After the cloth bag is tied, check the lashing situation: the upper and lower bag mouths should be straightened and not twisted, and they should not be in contact with the surrounding hard objects (such as the wall and the angle steel on the wall); the filter bag should be tied with a special stainless steel hoop.

Before hanging the filter bag, strictly check the surface of the filter bag and the sutures for defects and damage. Only when the filter bag is intact, can it be hoisted. When assembling the filter bag, it is necessary to strictly prevent the cloth dust collector bags from being damaged when the interface between the filter cloth and the hanging cap and the short tube of the bag opening is wrapped. The deviation of the center line of the filter bag hoisting is based on the X axis and the Y axis ±30mm. The filter bag is assembled on the lower plate. The procedure is as follows:

a. First unscrew the U-shaped bolts on the hanger cover to connect with the hanger rod and then fasten the hanger cover;

b. After the suspension cover and boom are assembled, check whether the nuts are tightened, and then assemble the cloth dust collector bag. After the cloth bag and the bag ring on the flower plate are wrapped with a hoop, then the suspension cover and the cloth dust collector bags are wrapped;

c. After the cloth dust collector bags are assembled, use the rope to hang the cloth bag, pull the cloth bag tightly and hang until it reaches the required size in the installation drawing, and then insert the plug.

d. After the manual air inlet valve, pneumatic ash exhaust valve, pneumatic exhaust valve, and pneumatic blowback valve are assembled, they must be opened and closed flexibly and in place.
