The pulse valve is the mechanism and the key component of the pulse injection soot cleaning device. It is mainly divided into three types: right-angle type, submerged type and straight-through type. It is worth noting that the working pressure of the domestic pulse valve; the right-angle valve and the straight through valve are 0.4-0.5 MPA. No matter which kind of imported valve is, the working pressure range is 0.4-0.6MPa. The two types of valves do not bear the difference between the carried pressure and the application pressure.
1.Construction and working principle of right-angle pulse valve. The characteristic of the right-angle pulse valve is that the air inlet and outlet pipe of the valve is 90 degrees. The diaphragm in the valve divides the pulse valve into the front and back two chambers. When the compressed air is connected, the compressed air enters the back chamber through the throttle hole. At this time, the pressure of the chamber will close the diaphragm to the outlet of the valve, and the pulse valve is in a "closed" state. The electrical signal of the pulse control device moves the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve; the air chamber after the valve opens the air chamber; the vocal cord of the back chamber loses pressure; the diaphragm moves back; the compressed air can be injected through the valve outlet, and the pulse valve is in an "open" state. The compressed air is immediately ejected from the valve to form an injection stream. The technical parameters of the TMF-Z (DMF-Z) right-angle electromagnetic pulse valve are as follows: adaption environment: temperature -10 55 degrees; relative humidity is not greater than 85%.
2.Construction principle of submerged pulse valve. The submerged pulse valve adopts the installation method which is submerged in the air tank, so it is called the submerged type. Compared with other structural forms, it reduces the flow resistance and the pressure of the injection gas source, so it can be used in the field of low pressure, and can also reduce the energy consumption and prolong the life of the diaphragm. 3. The structure of the straight-through pulse valve
is characterized by that the air inlet and outlet center line is on a straight line, so it is called the straight-through valve. The diaphragm of the pulse valve divides the pulse valve into the front and back air chambers, and the pulse valve is closed when the compressed air is connected. The principle of opening is the same as the right-angle valve, but the flow direction is different when the air is injected. The advantage of straight-through pulse valve is that it is easy to install, and it is often used as gas box pulse dust collector, but the drawback is that the air flow through the valve body is with more resistance.
